Show-Me was established as an LLC., in the state of Missouri on October 2, 2018. We evolved from the former Show-Me Health Care which provided services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities for over eight years.
Who We Are
We provide supports and services to individuals that live with developmental disabilities.
Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to providing personalized care and integrating individuals with developmental disabilities into the community. We understand that every individual is different and has unique challenges. Our team will ensure that individuals will have access to the resources they need to thrive in the community. That's why we offer a wide range of services to fit the needs of each person. Our goal is to empower individuals and help them achieve their full potential while participating fully in the community. We take pride in our commitment to quality care and in our ability to make a difference in the lives of those we serve.

The mission of SMCS is to uphold individuals on their journey of life by providing integrated residential and community services and supports to meet their physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs. We affirm the integrity of all individuals and seek to further enhance each person’s life and self-worth. SMCS is dedicated to providing the highest quality supports and services, based on the following objectives.
To promote the highest possible quality of life and dignity for our consumers in a clean, safe, and attractive environment.
